About Teresa Green

I'm a connector. Nothing gives me more satisfaction than connecting people's talents in order to deliver great outcomes. A career opportunity can literally change someone's life...An effective talent strategy can change the trajectory of a business. That's why I love what I do. I've led talent strategies for Start-ups and Fortune 100 companies with teams all over the world. I've worked in Financial Services, Technology, Professional Services and Hospitality and I know that the one thing they all have in common is exceptional talent! Across my career I've had the privilege of leading teams as large as 80 individuals focused on recruitment, diversity. development, employer branding, communications and operations. Today, I get to bring all of that real-world experience to executive search so my clients businesses can thrive. I bring my whole self to work so those who know me understand that I'm also a Mom, Friend, Wife, Daughter, Ally, Advocate and Dog Lover. I spend my spare time with all of these people and enjoy youth lacrosse, baking macarons, traveling, logging miles on my Peloton and my newest hobby - soup making.
