Led Pega's Enterprise Scalability Center, overseeing large-scale government and commercial programs. Lead continuous performance and scale lab for all phases and applications in the 4 years leading up to the 2020 Census.• Developed and implemented strategies for achieving extreme performance & scale, surpassing target peak loads for applications. Identified optimization opportunities for the operating environment and application functionality, focusing on enhancements to handle extreme scale and peak loads.• Provided direct feedback to Engineering, Product Development, and Pega Cloud, resulting in solution enhancements specifically geared towards performance & scalability. Discovered and addressed previously unidentified performance-related obstacles.• Documented findings, creating valuable resources utilized by Product Development, Engineering, Consulting Services, Customer Support, and client/partner operations management.
