I am currently an Operations Associate at Wayfair in global service- post order communications optimization. I am also the co-owner of The Urban Lily, a small clothing business that sells primarily through Instagram.I graduated from UMass Amherst in May 2024 with a BA in Communication and a minor in Business. During my time at college, I completed two internships; one at Hyatt Hotels and another at the UMass SBS Office of Career & Professional Development. I was also a writer, editor, and social media coordinator for Her Campus at UMass. I am proficient in Canva, SQL, Miro, Adobe InDesign, and Illustrator. I have developed top-notch customer service skills through working at restaurants, retail stores, and country clubs. Some qualities I bring to the table are a strong work ethic, creative ideas, and organization skills. I also have very good grammar skills and knowledge about social media platforms. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, traveling, and food blogging.
