I am an accountant with more than 4 years of experience in an MSME unit. Here I am providing my accounting skills and employee management skills to enhance the smooth functioning of the finance team. Adaptability, work ethic, teamwork, Communication are some of my soft skills. I can also work under pressure which increased my confidence to work in dynamic environment. MBA with Finance and HR brought both employee management skills and accounting skills in me. The most important skill that I have is self motivation. This employment is my first job which helped me to bring lots of managerial skills. Apart from the finance functions (cash and bank maintenance, Stock handling , Debtors - Creditors Management, Journalisation, GSTR, LWF, ESI and PF), handling Employee Database management, employee Onboarding to exit process, providing assistance to get benefits from ESI, PF, LWF from HR functions.
