Basically a web management console, which manages point products and end client users at ease. The McAfee Agent (MA) is the client side component providing secure communication between ePolicy Orchestrator and managed products. Agent is also the distributed component of McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator. It downloads and enforces policies, and executes client-side tasks such as deployment and updating.  McAfee VirusScan Enterprise safeguards systems and files from viruses and other security risks. It detects and removes malware, and configures antivirus policies to manage quarantined items. Additionally, supported VirusScan Enterprise (VSE) combines antivirus and antispyware technologies to stop and remove malicious software.  Providing support using Go-To-Assist Remote session and resolve customer’s issues, while maintaining composure and patience in face of difficult customer situation. Participated in learning/sharing knowledge and troubleshooting sessions as a team.
