Type of projects :- Innovation (draft & implement innovation process within R&D.)- Commercial (individual sales plans, PMC's, rolling forecast, sales planning, bridge the gap between marketing and sales,…)- Process (mapping, implementing and improving processes intra and cross-departments)- Talent Management (identification, creation of learning path within the company)
