I'm the MediaLab Senior Traffic Manager at Encore Canada. The MediaLab strives to elevate live events through the use of audio, video and interactive media. In this position I'm tasked with managing the intake of all national MediaLab projects, reviewing designer work loads, quoting projects, and scheduling a team of talented artists across the country. Before helping to create this role I spent time as a designer for the MediaLab team, helping to create content for a wide array of events.Before my time at Encore Canada I was thriving in a retail environment. I worked my way to a Supervisor position where I was leading a team, setting personnel and department goals, and focusing that team for financial success for the business, while creating a fun and respectful work environment.I work best while managing multiple elements at once, as I have strong organizational skills which help in keeping track of dozens of projects at once. I have grown along with the MediaLab and am excited to help it grow and thrive in the industry through it's future.
