As a Technology Strategist in Healthcare and Life Sciences, I lead our digital transformation efforts for industry-focused enterprise customers. My role involves dissecting the industry of a specific customer, mapping industry scenarios to the technical foundation, understanding and translating customer priorities and desired outcomes, and orchestrating resources in the customer’s digital journey. Chief Cloud Architect responsible for developing the cloud strategy and working with CTO/CIO and lead team to formalize an adoption plan aligned to the company’s digital transformation. Led cloud engineering and DevOps efforts required to fully automate all cloud solution deployments. Responsible for leading cloud upskilling efforts across the entire IT organization as well as the OCM plans required to transform the legacy operating model to a cloud first operating model. After establishing a solid foundation in one cloud, led the expansion of the strategy to multi-cloud in 2020 leading to multi-million dollar savings and improved our time-to-value from months to days. Lead mass transformation from physical to virtual Linux based systems. Key major accomplishments include migrating our entire SAP landscape from Unix based systems running Oracle to Linux based systems running RHEL and DB2. Saved the company 10's of millions of dollars per year. Led the Architecture, Design and Implementation of a fully automated self-service internal IaaS provisioning system. They system allowed all operating systems to be deployed and qualified in minutes vs. weeks. Led the enterprise Container strategy and delivered a hybrid multi-cloud solution to host Lilly's most critical modern applications.

Lead the global development of a fully qualified GxP compliant Linux operating system to be used in place of proprietary Unix based systems. Achieved millions of dollars in annual savings and decreased the deployment time of new systems from 6 weeks to a week.

Engineered the 75th most powerful supercomputer in the world and developed a fully automated OS and application deployment system to meet the needs of Pharmaceutical Research and Drug Discovery.

Air Traffic Management Technical Lead as part of a 100+ million dollar proposal to modernize air traffic. This program led to the Internet in the sky that most airlines use today.High Performance Computing expert responsible for enabling proper blade designs for the V22 Osprey and Chinook Achieved 10's of millions in savings through consolidated Datacenter, server and storage architecture improvements across Boeing datacenters.

Levered my the mix of my undergraduate studies in Aviation and Computers to develop the first interactive electronic technical manual for the V22 Osprey. This was done during the early days of the Internet where HTML and SGML were the most common languages for this type of work. This interactive design reduced maintenance hours by as much as 50% by intelligently guiding the mechanic.

Improved manufacturing designs and improved overall quality using CAD/CAM and connected quality control instruments embedded in the manufacturing line. Improved overall shop floor automation and workflow through robotics automation.
