About Greg Adelman

My goal for 2024 is to identify and connect with those quality individuals who would be a good match for our private money program here at The Loan Company of San Diego. When traditional banks can't say yes, we are a possible solution. A $225,000,000 private equity fund providing investors a moderate return with little risk. The model is essy, ee have money to lend that is at a rate not much higher than traditional financiers and if the transactions looks to be a win for the borrower and a win for The Loan Company we will do it. TLC desires our borrowers to succeed so we might ask a lot of questions but we do not ask for a lot of documentation. A personal financial statement, driver's license and two year's tax returns (to make sure there are no.negatives) and that is about it. If there are compensating factors we definitely take them into consideration. We offer short term loans up to 3 years, interest only, on all INVESTMENT properties in San Diego. We can provide funding over 100% loan to value by utilizing equitable cross colateralized real estate. Since we do not ask for appraisals in most cases, TLC can fund a transaction in less than 10 days.
