Our systems were designed to automate processes related to document review (for litigation) and document retention (for legal compliance). At IABC I assisted in developing and editing content for professional publications. This included co-authoring articles for Communication World, the organization’s business communications trade magazine, and summarizing industry news for IABC’s online bulletin. Other tasks included researching vendors and tools, editing portions of business books, and requesting and compiling permissions for the use of copyrighted content.
