I have worked in Commercial and Corporate banking since 2004 and an industry professional since 2001.My current role involves leading a team of ten Relationship Directors for our Mid-Corporate business across Birmingham, Warwickshire, Worcestershire, Herefordshire & Gloucestershire and where the business turnover is typically £6.5m+.The team work closely with our 300 clients to understand strategy and requirements before supporting in the right way for them. During the course of my career I have undertaken all of the roles within my team from support manager to relationship director and now leader. Passionate about high standards of service and delivering for clients. A career of 20+ years has allowed me to develop a strong internal & external network which supports getting things done for clients in the quickest and simplest way.I am also really focused on keeping portfolio sizes to a manageable level in order for the team to get really close to our clients as well as develop new relationships. We are very much open for business.
