Since joining West Monroe, been promoted through increasingly responsible roles (Senior Consultant, Manager) to oversee value creation strategy, business transformation, and M&A projects within the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice. Create transformation roadmaps, impact models, project plans, integration playbooks, and process assessments and designs. Carry out change management, project monitoring, and coaching in partnership with C-level counterparts, as well as supervise teams of 3 and up to 15 consultants per project. Also responsible for scope, deliverables, capacity modeling, data management and analysis, financial modeling, customer relations, and process engineering. Promoted from Sr. Implementation Consultant after 1 year to manage 27 Health System and Hospital clients and 49 projects worth more than $6M in subscription and implementation fees. Oversaw large-scale restructurings for clients to maximize budgeting, strategic planning, labor management, and cost accounting processes. In addition, implemented enterprise-level financial management and business intelligence tools, and supervised a staff of 4 in an Agile/Scrum environment.Selected Accomplishments:• Improved decision-making and workflow capabilities for clients by delivering innovative and best-practice solutions that provided greater efficiencies and business insights.• Partnered with client CFOs and Finance Directors to analyze reporting, data visualization, cost control, process change, organizational hierarchy, IT Security, data integration, and strategy development requirements.

During this time, managed a book of business and provided solutions to improve quality of care and efficiency in Operating Rooms and Surgery departments. Project managed every aspect of data analysis from query and submission to custom reporting and data presentation for hospital Orthopedic service lines and physician practices. This data review process repeated on a quarterly basis, including scrubbing, tracking, and trending clients’ data against database benchmarks. As part of my role, presented data reports and custom analysis through an online dashboard on a quarterly basis to surgeons, directors, and C-level executives to chart a course toward continuous quality improvement. Also developed functionality training documents and internal training processes as well as overseeing aspects of new software development for the online dashboard.

Strategized and managed multiple projects involving the implementation of hospital and clinical registration, throughput, and scheduling workflows for the hospital system. This role included developing training curriculums, coordinating analysts, evaluating EMR best practices, and coordinating large-scale special events.
