Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, systems and structures throughout the facility. Installs, tests, maintains, and repairs machinery, equipment, and systems as scheduled or needed. Performs utility and structural repairs as needed, alone or in collaboration with internal/external tradespersons. Inspects, tests, and maintains records for all fire risers, sprinklers, extinguishers, fire doors, and other fire/safety-related equipment and systems. Moves items within/between locations and from/to storage

Second generation owner/operator for an automotive repair business servicing a large number of customers throughout the surrounding counties. Services included all facets of mechanical vehicle repairs along with clinical diagnosis of repairs needed. Previously responsible for two employees under my supervision but has been as high as five.
