Primary objective is to develop, implement and optimise a national Fixed Broadband / NBN Customer Contact Program across all customer segments, products and channels for Telstra Small Business. Providing strategic and operational direction on program contact strategy, capability, efficiency and performance to ensure the success of associated programs and campaign activity, whilst ensuring customer advocacy and channel profitability.

Responsible for business planning, sales forecasting, portfolio planning, technology planning, requirement management and product launch. Worked closely with key customers / business partners to align product launch and overall Go-To-Market plans.

Worked closely with key customers and business leaders within the industry to ensure the successful coordination and launch of new technologies and products within Asia Pacific. A member of the APAC leadership and management team with responsibility for creating and implementing the 3 year Strategic and Business Plan for the Technical Sales team I was leading within Asia Pacific.

Managed a team of approximately eighty people with the overall responsibility for the strategy, planning and execution of operator approvals, government approvals, consumer experience testing and field testing activities throughout Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa. Close collaboration was developed and maintained with senior management from telecommunication providers and government regulators.

Managed a team of approximately thirty Telecommunication Engineers throughout Asia Pacific. The team were the key interface between R&D product programs, government regulators and telecom operators

Developed test plans, performed testing and advised on product designs (mechanical, hardware and software) for Nokia R&D product programs to ensure compliance with the relevant Australian and International standards.
