• Primary customer service contact for project coordination, scheduling and preparing change orders, and punch list completion • Able to Supervise, Co-ordinate and Facilitate all aspects of construction projects • Extensive experience in the project permitting process and inspection preparedness with governing agencies and specialized inspectors • Labor & Industries safety protocol adherence and hazardous materials awareness • Broad knowledge in reading construction plans and drawings – for details/assemblies • Scheduling: subcontractors and employee crews, specialty subs/venders and materials deliveries • On-Site comparative analysis of physical layout/conditions to proposed plans & drawings • Material take-offs (lumber, hardware and fixtures),vendor procurement and deliveries co-ordination • Installation of Interior & Exterior design elements, including but not limited to: doors, hardware, décor, kitchen packages per drawings compliance with manufacturers specifications and customer variation requests • Basic electrical skills and understanding, including but not limited to low voltage wiring, security camera cabling, & network wiring • Job site Construction Skills, including but not limited to: carpentry, finish work, controlled demolition, cabinets, millwork, laminate, solid–surfaces, concrete, tile, flooring, plumbing fixtures • Software Proficient in: Procore, Microsoft Suite (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), BlueBeam (PDF Viewer), DWG TrueView (AutoCad), Xactimate (Estimating Program)
