Skilled in various techniques and strategies to prevent or minimize damages caused by flooding including temporary structures and equipment, drainage systems, land use planning, risk assessments, designing and implementing flood protection measures, developing emergency response plans and providing guidance to communities and individuals on emergency preparedness and response.
