I have been in the construction field for over 40 years performing various construction tasks from "hands-on" construction as a Carpenter to General Superintendent. I have extensive experience in all aspect of the construction industry from Commercial, Office building, Hospitals, Parking Structures, Industrial buildings , moment frame repair, seismic retrofit, on and offsite work, Entertainment, hospitality including all the MEP systems, Fire Life Systems, Security, Landscaping and Hardscape , affordable housing , CASp , waterproofing systems. As General Superintendent, I am accountable to provide oversight of the field operations,superintendents, assistant superintendents, and the overall progress and quality of work at the jobsite, as well as direction and coordination of our onsite staff and subcontractor forces. I will provide and maintains the progress schedule through consultation with the construction team; attends all Project meetings and conferences , review Monthly Billing, Change Orders ensures jobsite safety is maintained per cal OSHA and all governing agency's .
