Day to day responsibilities on both projects focused on coordination with the design teams, owner relations and negotiations, cost control, subcontractor coordination, strategic planning, risk mitigation, schedule coordination with numerous vendors, value engineering and overall contract management.Key Accomplishments:Managed 1400 drawing revisions and over 1000 RFI's while maintaining and exceeding the project schedule.Coordinated two separate design teams for one job which involved integration of design details to be used across all aspects of the work.Managed winter construction in Central Idaho including earthwork, storm water control measures, concrete, masonry and wood framing activities. Successfully managed the project through problems with owner cash-flow and financing that resulted from the Sub-Prime Market collapse. Final result was the protection of a $60M asset prior to the onset of the harsh winter climates of Central Idaho. -
