My wife, Marie, and I founded Wisdom and Wine Pty Ltd in July 2011 and we import wine from France into Australia. Our wines come from Chablis, Champagne, Burgundy, Alsace and the Rhone.Our aim is to provide our clients with high quality, good value wines that are carefully selected and not available in supermarkets or large chain stores.Our boutique producers include the Besson family in Chablis, Alex Gambal in Beaune, Arnaud Chopin in Comblanchien, Bachey-Legros in Santenay and Champage Fluteau and Champagne Prieur.Our wine from Combe Juliere, la Ligiere and Guy Farge in the Rhone has now arrived as well as our Burgundies from Bachey-Legros in Santenay.We have received our first shipment of Alsace wine from Vins d'Alsace Schoenheitz, a small family owned winery in Whir-au-Val, near Munster, in the Alsatian hills. It has been well received and the Riesling has sold out already but we have more on the way.We are looking forward to expanding our range of wines for our friends and customers.I was delighted to do some IT Consulting with Honeylight Consulting at Melbourne High School towards the end of last year and I look forward to doing a little more.
