I lead a team of administrators that provide administrative support for ETF and mutual fund clients across a range of investment strategies and complexities. We monitor all 1940 Act, SEC and IRS compliance requirements, prepare financial statements and shareholder reports, prepare fund board materials, facilitate fund board meetings, process fund expenses and budgets, and coordinate annual fund audits, among other services. I also currently serve as President to a shared trust, Listed Funds Trust, and previously served as President for Trust for Advisor Solutions.
