After leaving the Army I pursued my career in the Security Industry. I have managed, supervised, trained and inspected hundreds of security officers, as well as supplementary staff. Working in different pubs, clubs, resorts and private sectors I've gained knowledge and experience to successfully recruit, train and develop Security Officers who want to become successful in their roles.
