This enables me to quickly develop a working understanding of business priorities, processes and risks and has allowed me to straddle the roles of Product owner/ business representative and Program Delivery depending on the need of the given initiative; • Material Outsourcing: Planning and execution of supplier sourcing exercises (market scan, RFP, etc), vendor due diligence and evaluation through to solution design and delivery. This also includes the navigation of the highly regulated and complex environment of outsouring within Superannuation and the sensitivities of the human aspect of these arrangements; • Investment Administration: Deep understanding of the investment administration/ Custody capability supporting a Wrap platform. Including managed fund and share trade execution and settlement, reconciliations, corporate actions and cash management; • Stakeholder management: comfortable and effective operating in a variety of environments requiring stakeholder management at all levels and through various mediums- ranging from subject matter experts to senior management and Board level;Leadership: Proven experience building and managing highly engaged and successful teams, both in delivery and operations.
