I am a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors, (CMInstD) a Fellow of the Property Institute of New Zealand (PINZ) and a Registered Commercial Property Manager, Property Advisor & Consultant, and Crown Accredited Supplier.I have been involved in the property industry all my working life. I was instrumental in establishing a Crown Owned Property Consultancy Company in 1996.In 1999, I led a management buyout of this company and formed The Property Group Limited (TPG), and was its founder and Managing Director for 13 years (1999-2012). TPG offers New Zealand’s largest nationwide team of professionally qualified specialists in property, law or other related disciplines, who provide property consultancy, planning and GIS services to corporate, government and private land owners.After stepping down as Managing Director at TPG in 2012, I have remained very active with TPG as a Principal and Strategic Property Advisor focusing on policy and implementation matters.I also hold Directorships in numerous property related companies. I have strong negotiation skills and specialise in the provision of corporate property advisory services including; business/strategic planning, general/change/project management, policy advice and due diligence investigations.
