USPTA Private and Group instruction for Tennis and Pickle Ball for members of the Merion Cricket Club. Junior Tennis Team Coordinator

As a USPTA staff Tennis Professional, I have contributed to the overall atmosphere and performance of the club and it's programs. Working with the owner, Anthony DeCecco, and the Junior Program Director, David DeLucia, I have helped with private and group lessons for students of all ages and abiity levels. Tennis Addiction has an outstanding year-round Adult and Junior Tennis program. There are numerous adult clinics and regular events for every NTRP level. The commitment to the development of junior tennis is reflected by the numbers and the level of it's students, the success of the teams playing in the USTA Junior Team Tennis Leagues and it's juniors in USTA tournaments.

Director of Tennis, Healthplex Sports Club, Springfield, PA•Designed and supervised all tennis programming for adults and juniors for the 10 indoor courts and the five outdoor sites. Increased tennis membership participation to surpass eight hundred.•Directed staff of ten certified tennis and squash teaching professionals. Responsible for hiring of full and part-time tennis and squash staff.•Successfully created and marketed the tennis program within the club through the club’s quarterly newsletter, e-advertisements, website and power point screens located throughout the club. Marketed to the community and area schools by way of open houses and brochures. •Exceeded yearly revenue goals each of the last four years.•Improved squash revenue by more than 40% over last year’s YTD figures.•Prepared bi-monthly tennis professionals’ payroll for club accountants. Supplied weekly and quarterly tennis and squash financials for sales and goal setting analysis. •Monitored and coached three women’s Del-Tri Interclub teams and three USTA open and mixed teams. Coached and developed all levels of players, from Pee Wee juniors to nationally ranked college-bound players. Marketed and directed college and high school tournaments at the club. •Pro Shop purchasing, display and stringing.•Obtained and managed the yearly contractual agreements with five outdoor sites, as well as maintenance contracts for court and lift machinery.
