• In collaboration with the Engineering and Quality Department, Purchasing Manager and other members of the Sourcing Team and, perform evaluations of prospective suppliers and reevaluate incumbent suppliers for their ability to meet Philips Oral Health Care requirements.• Maintain ongoing quality performance data on key suppliers and prepare summary reports for Management Review meetings.• Perform audits and follow up to verify the status of supplier action items and close out commitments.• Perform on-site supplier Q.M.S. Audits and Process Audits• Develop quality procedures and specify any special ISO or FDA requirements.• Member of Material Review Board Meetings and ensures all nonconforming materials are dispositioned on a timely basis• Initiate Supplier Corrective Action Requests as required, follow up with suppliers to ensure that timely corrective action and an appropriate responses are received, and follow up as required to ensure that the corrective actions were effective• Develop incoming material inspection plans for new products and maintains them for existing products• Develop supplier quality plans
