I have been a trusted advisor on more than 50 M&A transactions, ranging from small tuck-in acquisitions to multi-billion-dollar transactions.As Managing Partner of KPMG’s Memphis Office for over a decade, I drove business growth and oversaw operations, including P&L management, while concurrently serving as the Lead Partner for multinational public and private client engagements. I consulted on a broad range of issues, including complex acquisitions, business expansion, and regulatory and fraud investigations. Prior to joining KPMG, I held several leadership positions that afforded me invaluable operational experience in crisis and change management—providing steady leadership during the collapse of the dot-com bubble as President and CFO for Staffmark Investment— and talent development— as the Partner in Charge of Human Resources for the largest Arkansas-based regional accounting firm. I have always enjoyed mentoring and helping others and have shared my expertise as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and as a board member for several not-for-profit organizations including Arkansas Children’s Hospital.
