I am Greg Batista, owner and founder at G.Batista Engineering & Construction in South Florida. First and foremost, I’m incredibly passionate about educating others and advocating for proactive building maintenance to meet the challenges of our aging structures and evolving regulations.With over three decades of hands-on engineering and construction experience, I have built a reputation as a trusted expert capable of managing projects from design to completion, whether it's single-family homes or high-rise condominiums.Throughout my rewarding career, I have had the extraordinary privilege of being a first responder in high-profile disaster responses, including the 2005 Haiti earthquake and involved in the Surfside building collapse. I am enthusiastic about building maintenance and believe proactive measures can prevent future calamities.I’ve also authored many insightful books and guides, including titles like "Negligence!
