• Advising private and public sector clients on developments affecting Listed Buildings, Conservation Areas, and locally designated assets, together with design in the historic environment.• Appearing as Expert Witness at all levels of the Appeal Process• Production of supporting statements for listed building and planning applications with regard to development proposals relating to heritage assets• Assessment of conservation areas in terms of heritage value and production of conservation area appraisals• Production of statement of significance and impact assessments in regard to development proposals relating to heritage assets• Assessment of historic properties for listing and delisting

• Advised public and private owners on all aspects of listed buildings including dating of properties, listing/delisting, repairs, applications and alterations • Processed and considered all level of listed building and conservation area applications and acted as Expert Witness at all levels of the Appeal Process• Organised monthly Architects Advisory Panel meetings with regard to high profile applications and development proposals• Assessed and administered Historic Environment Grant Scheme for the repair of listed building and the historic environment
