Throughout my 26-year career in the United States Air Force, I have had the privilege of serving in a variety of leadership roles that strengthened my operational expertise and commitment to innovation. My experience includes extensive work in aircraft maintenance, where I led dedicated teams to support and enhance the operational readiness of fighter aircraft. I have been fortunate to contribute to strategic advisement, policy implementation, and mission support efforts, all aimed at maintaining high standards of efficiency and effectiveness.A significant aspect of my career has been building and fostering relationships with foreign partners and working in international relations. I have collaborated closely with allies such as Japan, Korea, the Five Eyes (5I) countries, Norway, Italy, and others to strengthen alliances and advance mutual goals. My four years of working with Japanese forces and supporting them during large force exercises exemplify my dedication to cross-border military cooperation and strategic alignment.In my current position at Tesseract AF, I have continued this trajectory, leveraging my organizational leadership skills to advance the Air Force's mission. Over the past year and a half, I have played a pivotal role in enhancing combat support and optimizing mission generation capabilities. This includes collaborating with Department of Defense leaders to spearhead innovative strategies, such as integrating F-35s with Starlink technology, driving forward-thinking solutions, and supporting the development of future leaders.As I prepare for retirement, I am looking for opportunities to apply my extensive experience in leadership, project management, strategic planning, and international collaboration. I am particularly interested in roles at leading organizations such as Deloitte, BAE Systems, McKinsey, United Health Group, Lockheed Martin, Boeing, L3 Harris, and other prominent aircraft and defense companies, where I can continue to contribute to transformative advancements in aerospace, defense, and global partnership development.
