* Assist in the direction of the statewide Show-Me STATE GAMES and Missouri State Senior Games with special emphasis on competition management, fundraising, marketing, and development* Plan, schedule, and direct the competitions included in the Show-Me STATE GAMES and Missouri State Senior Games* Arrange and secure use of facilities to conduct competitions* Develop and supervise office procedures and support staff* Serve as liaison with various national and state sports governing bodies* Provide guidance and leadership to the Show-Me STATE GAMES Steering Committee and local organizing committees on all aspects of the games with special emphasis on the competition management and fundraising* Organize and direct special events and fundraisers
