Manage daily inside and outside manufacturing and engineering activities of a personal care manufacturing company, to include: Injection molding, automated assembly, product filling and decorating, final pack-out and shipping.Manage outside plastic injection molding vendors, to include: purchasing and prioritizing, negotiating pricing, quality improvement efforts, product development and approval.Manage outside tooling activities, to include: project management, tool design, new build and approval, tool maintenance, misc tooling needs, and price negotiating.Support sales department with costing models, customer relationships with new products and projects, including customer visits.Lead all product development teams consisting of customer, inside and outside engineering design sources, molding sources, and tooling sources.

As a partner I managed the daily activities of a small mold building operation, to include: building molds, scheduling shop floor, assisting with tool designs, estimating and quoting, sales and customer relations.

Assist in design of injection molds and molding fixtures. Build and maintain injection molds and production fixtures. Manage and coordinate the daily activities of a 24-6 custom injection molding company. Manage and coordinate the daily activities of internal and external tooling activities. Implement process control and SPC system.
