Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned growth goals in loans and deposits through managing the efforts of a team of Business Banking Officers (BBOs), managing the behaviors and activities of outside calling efforts and relationship building of potential and existing Business Banking customers. Approve credit of business loans for assigned team up to the amount defined, as well as facilitate approval process with other approving sources exceeding those defined limits.Assist in improving process and efficiency of the Business Banking loan underwriting and credit analysis.Identify and manage risk in the overall business banking loan portfolio, as well as work with assigned officers to address and resolve.

• Solicit business from prospective customers and current customer base• Evaluate loan requests and approve loans within authority or make loan recommendations to management• Analyze financial and credit condition of applicants and determine loan payment capabilities• Negotiate credit terms and conditions• Service and retain existing customer base

* Manage an existing portfolio of bank customers with a large financial base within the Cincinnati Market * Responsible for the review and underwriting of credit requests and ensuring appropriateness and satisfaction level of existing services provided. * Accountable for increased revenue growth through generation of loans, deposits, and cross-selling of applicable bank services to an existing customer base, as well as identifying and soliciting services to non-customers.

*Manage an existing portfolio of bank customers with a large financial base within the Northern Kentucky market * Responsible for the review and underwriting of credit requests while ensuring appropriateness and satisfaction level of existing services provided. * Accountable for increased revenue growth through generation of loans, deposits, and cross-selling of applicable bank services to an existing customer base, as well as identifying and soliciting services to non-customers.
