Duties included the following:- Supervise Field Operations in Core/ RC projects in mineral and geothermal exploration drilling- Ensure proper training is completed for new employees and new tasks of seasoned employees- Submit daily reports in timely manner to office for billing and inventory tracking purposes- Ensure project needs are met based off clients requirements for the specific project- Site management through site inspection and daily interactions with drill crews to ensure safety standards and MSHA/OSHA regulations are being maintained- Order and maintain inventory of field supplies to avoid interruption in daily operations- Quality control of Core Samples provided to client
