Project Manager overseeing multiple turnkey Oil and Gas midstream processing facilities ranging in size from $10 Million to $200 Million. Responsible for all facets of project execution from contract execution through turnover and close-out. Duties include:-Collaboration with Sales Engineer in scope development and project cost estimating-Development of project execution plan and baseline project schedule, and updates to master project schedule throughout the life of the project-Development of project budget forecast and cash flow projections-Negotiation of prime contract change orders with clients and subcontract change orders with contractors and suppliers-Coordinate all aspects of project execution including engineering, design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up support-Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and progress reports as required-Development and execution of turnover and commissioning plans as required by the client-Ensure compliance with all client PSM requirements and applicable codes

Concurrent management of several large- and small-scale design and construction projects in various disciplines, primarily heavy civil and structural. Responsibilities encompass all aspects of project management including development of scope, scheduling, design fee negotiations, design oversight, bidding, construction management, change order negotiations, and project close-out.

Progressive management of design and construction management teams for various clients, most notably D/FW Airport, City of Fort Worth, and Texas Department of Transportation.
