Manage a team of 5 employees who are responsible for the creation and distribution of Departmental and Regulatory reports in the Wholesale Lending Operations group.Responsible for the quarterly submission of the Shared National Credit report. The report consolidates all positions where Barclays acts as Administrative Agent or is a participant in a syndicated loan.Participated in testing and development of new SNC utility which went live in October 2018.Resolve all Unknown Cash items by investigating and reassigning to the correct group or individual. Led a migration project that transitioned 35 reports to an offshore team for ongoing completion and distribution. This allowed the transfer of 3 FTE to be moved and utilized within the Asset Servicing team.

Coordinated the settlement of KKR led Primary Loan Syndication trades while working with Buyers and Administrative Agents also ensuring that all transfer documentation and funding memos were updated and correct.Responsible for compiling all information needed to have a new deal properly set up on ClearPar.Using my previous ClearPar experience, showed KKR employees tips for easier navigation and data extraction.Reconciled incoming wires and followed up with counterparties when funds were missing. Assigned a special reconciliation project where I was able to determine that not all bank entries were being fed into the comparison report.
