I started working for Bosco when they were a small independent electricity retailer with only around 1,000 customers and at our peak we were servicing around 40,000 customers. As the sole developer, I was responsible for designing and developing the software necessary to operate as an electricity retailer. This included a web based customer management system and a windows forms based utilities management and billing system. We named the system EzyBusiness and in 2008 our system won the Computerworld excellence award for “Excellence in the Use of ICT in a Small to Medium Enterprise”.
