Current•Promoted to manager position to recruit, train and supervise 25+ ramp agents, customer service agents and aircraft mechanics. •Foster an environment in which guests enjoy high levels of service and employees are motivated to deliver top performance. •Successfully launched the service of Allegiant Air at the Eugene Airport. Established scheduled commercial services operations both for above and below wing operations. Represented Allegiant Air as the train-the-trainer, becoming the sole individual who could train all recruits in all aspects of operations.•As a service provider, able to oversee and delegate to a variety of services to multiple airlines. Each airline with a unique set of initial training, recurrent training, technical publications and general operational guidelines. Able to adapt a general operations program within the company that fulfilled and exceeded the standards outlined in each airline's general operations program.•As general manager, became a liaison for all NCAA sports charter operations. Contracted through the airline to provide services for the aircraft that would carry the teams to and from the Eugene Airport. •Designee who retained and maintained all the proper documentation for all internal and FAA mandated audits within the company. Maintained a FAA approved drug and alcohol program for Aircraft Mechanics and Ground Security Coordinators along with a tool calibration program and airline-specific maintenance training courses. •Developed cost saving programs for the company such as developing works schedules for employees so that they could be cross-utilized, which in turn accomplished an elevated efficiency that greatly satisfied the customer.
