Assistant Vice President - Iba Manager
Current- Carrying out the same roles as my IBA associate role as well as -
- Managing an accounts receivable team of 3 people, within a department of 9 in an ever-expanding accounts department.
- Providing regular reports to business divisions advising on bad debt, funding and unmatched cash and working out resolutions for these.
- Checking and authorizing outgoing payments and claims.
- Monitoring all notice of cancellation advices from underwriters and ensuring the account handlers are following up and requesting extensions where needed and requesting payments are made once clients have settled.
- Conducting yearly appraisals and performance reviews for each team member, setting targets and objectives for the next calendar year.
