Coordinated actions and activities to achieve strategic effects to deter, disrupt and influence adversary decision-making, and de-confliction priorities against strategic threats. Provides IDM and cyberspace operations planning support to CNMF to defeat malicious cyber actors, influencers and their proxies. Synchronizes and de-conflicts sensitive activities capabilities in coordination with Civil Affairs, Public Affairs, MISO and MILDEC planners, Electronic Warfare, Cyber Operations, OPSEC and Special Access Programs at a strategic level.

Responsible for assisting the CNMF J3 in advising the Commander on plans, mission command, mission execution, and IDM counter-measures of operations for the Command. Prepares Fragmentation Orders (FRAGOS) for the command. Authenticated plans and orders for the commander to ensure the warfighting functions are synchronized in time, space, and purpose in accordance with the commander's intent and planning guidance. Establishes IDM policies and standards for unit readiness and supervises unit efforts to meet readiness standards.

Mission Element Lead of a Cyber Protection Team part of the United States Army Cyber Protection Brigade, Responsible for conducting Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) support of a Geographical Combatant Command (GCC). Responsible for the cyber training, readiness, welfare and mission success of the soldiers under my command. Directs the intelligence requirement necessary to successfully conduct the employment of advanced cyber defense tools enabling the hardening and defense of the Geographical Combatant Commander's networks against Advanced Persistent Threats (APT). Enable open communication and coordination with higher, lateral and subordinate elements. Support the Team, Battalion, Brigade and Geographical Combatant Commander's intent and vision.

Fort Bragg, North Carolina

Served as a Battalion Signal Officer in a High-Mobility Artillery Rocket System (HIMARS) Field Artillery Battalion with the mission of world-wide, no-notice deployment. Advised the Battalion Commander on all communications and automation matters affecting the Battalion and subordinate Batteries. Plans, coordinates, manages, and directs all aspects of communications activities with subordinate units. Responsible for the operations, serviceability, and maintenance of the Battalion's communication assests which include SINCGARS, HF, VOIP, NIPR, SIPR, Blue Force Trackers (BFT-JCR), the Army Battle Command System (ABCS), and manages the COMSEC facility. During Tactical operations, responsible for providing technical assistance to user owned communications systems as well as managing the tactical internet and administrating the Local Area Network in the Tactical Operations Center (TOC). Responsible for providing re-transmission capabilities and direct signal support for the Battalion TOC, three firing batteries, and one forward support company.

Platoon leader for the 18th Fires Brigade (Airborne) Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) Platoon. Provides tactical mission command communications for the 18th Fires Brigade (Airborne) TOC/TAC as well as subordinate battalion TOCs and any assigned contingency operation. Responsible for the combat readiness, health, welfare, training, development, morale, and safety of 15 Soldiers and Noncommissioned Officers. Responsible for the maintenance, operational readiness, and supply accountability of 28 pieces of rolling stock to include one Joint Network Node, one Command Post Node, three Line-of-Sight transmission systems, and two Ku-band Satellite Transmission Terminals. Maintains all sustainment systems and associated equipment valued at over $4.5 million.

Developed new easy to understand process and diagrams by integrating multiple existing processes together that could be used to train the Cyber Misson Force. Served as a network technician supporting Carnegie Mellon University’s Computer Emergency Response Team during Cyber Guard 12-1 resulting in the successful completion of for multiple National Guard Cyber Teams validation exercise.
