• Commercial lead for complex multiyear multi million £ PPP training contract with Ascent Flight Training Ltd / MOD for modification maintenance, airworthiness management of Beech 350ER aircraft at RNAS Culdrose.• Principle point of contact for multi disciplined teams throughout aircraft modification, shakedown and availability based operational phases, achieving a single source further 5 year extension.• Responsible for summarising and managing the complex contract baseline including a complex availability based price and payment mechanism.• Competitively tendered and let the main sub-contracts, managed contract changes including TUPE, technology upgrades, VFM savings, aircraft repairs and supported programme and contract reviews.

• Commercial lead for a major contract technical refresh of aircraft role equipment on Government bespoke flying services contract. • Drafted substantial changes to customer terms including creating a partial acceptance milestone payment mechanism to protect the development programme.• Instigated and developed a third party revenue gain share arrangement with government customer. •This resulted in my leading negotiation of a tri-partite agreement enabling a competitive winning bid for new civil bespoke flying services contract. • I then coordinated with project management, operations, engineering, design, accounts and senior management in order to create and draft the statement of operational requirements including KPI's from scratch and re-draft and re-negotiate the customers terms for this civil contract.

• Won competitive / non competitive bids for £35M: fixed price, take or pay and target incentive contracts. • With MOD UK, Home Office, Ascent Flight Training Ltd, Thales, Aquila, NATS, BAES, QinetiQ.• Competitively / non competitively tendered and negotiated sub-contracts up to £10M. • With Rockwell Collins, P&W, CAE, Vector Aerospace, Wescam, Telephonics. • For aircraft, engine, undercarriage maintenance / overhaul services, role equipment inc training system software, turrets, sensors, radars, outsourcing facilities management services including hangar, security, catering and cleaning. • Contract Management inc mitigating risks, taking opportunities, managing orders , sales, profit, cash and coordinating, reporting into and supporting programme / contract reviews. • Agreements: creating, drafting, negotiating, gaining approval for PQQ's, supplier pre-qualification questionnaires, proposals, NDA's, teaming, loan, consultancy, TAA, SLA, escrow, software licences.

• Commercial lead on the bid to be a sub-contractor into Project Marshall PPP contract to modernise and operate MOD UK's 60 airfields and ranges at 100 locations across the UK and abroad.• Responsible for bidding and commercially managing MOD and civil software development contracts, through life support contracts and resulting changes.
