Lead and manage all functions of a $25 million training facility. Ensure the execution of nine technical training courses tailored for incident response and site exploitation forces of each branch of the military and the U.S. Coast Guard. Ensure performance to the Air Force Civil Engineering Support Activity and the International Fire Service Accreditation Congress standards. Work directly with field commanders to ensure training remains effective and relevant to current operational requirements. Supervise twenty-three Department of the Army Civilian employees and eighteen joint service non-commisioned officers; execute a $4 million operating budget.

U.S. Exchange Officer to the United Kingdom. Director of plans, trials, training and evaluation for the United Kingdom Defense CBRN Center. Lead a British joint service unit responsible for scientific testing and tactical evaluation of emerging U.K. CBRN capability and development of specialised training for technical CBRN forces. Coordinate with the UK Defense Science and Technology Laboratory (DSTL), Ministry of Defense Capabilities Development Branch, and Industry partners to develop evaluation standards and training solutions for emerging capabilities. Provide specialised training support and CBRN subject matter expert advise to UK Joint Forces in support of contingency operations. Develop strategic partner capacity and capability and strengthen cooperation with British forces. Serve as the Deputy Commander for the NATO Response Force Joint Assessment Team.

Force Integration Officer - Design and manage master unit fielding plans to build the Afghan National Army (ANA) in support of ongoing and future combat operations. Synchronize manning, training, equipping, and stationing efforts to field high quality Afghan units in order to maximise effects in counter insurgency operations. Mentor the Afghan Director of Mobilization and his staff in the management of fielding efforts and distribution of resources and personnel. Coordinate with U.S. and Allied regional commands to develop doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership, personnel, and facilities solutions for ANA fielding efforts. Supervise and direct the efforts of five regional fielding teams.
