Gladstone Investment is a generalist investor and invests in lower middle market companies with EBITDA between $3 million and $10 million. It provides capital for growth, acquisitions, buyouts, and recapitalizations. Gladstone is usually the lead / control investor and partners with management teams, independent sponsors and individual investors.
