About Greg Bradley

I am an Operations technical engineer specializing in CA-Workload Automation AE ( CA-Autosys) and CA-XCOM software administration and support, implementation, testing in large enterprise environments. I have strong technical and problem determination skills in these products and possess a client service focus. As an Operations and Systems technical engineer I have worked in both Mainframe and Midrange Automation, I am passionate about doing things faster, better and in a more automated manner. ITIL and SPLUNK certified, I have worked across different platforms including Unix, Linux, Windows, z/OS Mainframe and HP Nonstop, with expert level skills in all versions of CA-XCOM and CA-Workload Automation (CA-Autosys) Product family. As the CBA account subject matter expert for CA-Autosys and CA-XCOM I provided daily support and consultation services to the CBA. This involved incident, problem investigation and root cause analysis to assist users with failures in using the software and provide them with solutions to their problems. My career has been predominantly focused on working in and supporting IT Operations, working on large scale projects for implementations and migrations, planning and engineering software implementations, upgrades, monitoring solutions, performance analysis and enhancement, as well as incident, change and problem management in large enterprise environments. I have had the privilege of working with some of Australians largest organizations including Commonwealth Bank and the Australian Taxation Office.A core strength is my technical leadership and ability to translate complex technical speak into relevant business conversations that result in productivity improvements and high levels of client satisfaction in a client facing technical role. I have led a team of engineers in a large enterprise environment, providing guidance, motivation, and technical project leadership.I possess practical experience in systems application testing involving designing and executing test plans and cases, result analysis and reporting with a strong understanding of testing methodologies.
