Develop and direct the compliance audit team to document and test Sarbanes-Oxley 404 controls across multiple systems in a shared accounting service center. Provide management with status reports and issue resolution updates. Coordinate external auditor review of the center’s 404 testing. Consult with internal business lines identifying inefficient processes and suggesting improvements. Manage security and segregation of duty conflicts for two Oracle platforms.
