    Directed Marin Clean Energy’s (MCE) resource planning ensuring the success of the agency's mission, programs, and green house gas reduction goals. Managed multiple consultants, outside counsel, and services vendors in developing rates, managing generation and load forecasting, CAISO scheduling and settlements, as well as WREGIS accounting of renewable energy content. Prepared and validated regulatory compliance filings focused on resource procurement, and drafted staff reports for the Board of Directors and public regarding power resources. Directed the agency's lead agency status for a 10.5 MW local solar project, and successfully integrated more than 25 MW of new local renewable energy development. MCE will serve 470,000 retail customers, 1,100 MW of peak demand and 5,700 GWh of retail load as of April 2018 making it the third largest public utility in California.
