Led a research team for hydraulic systems focusing on valve design, valve actuation technologies, and hydraulic control systems. Tasks included modeling, design, prototyping, and testing. Also, led the validation team for a programmable hydraulic system utilizing independent metering valves. Responsibilities included coordinating test activities in a lab environment as well as on machine testing at the Peoria Proving Grounds, troubleshooting hardware & software issues, developing & performing test plans, and tuning EH system performance. Additionally, contributed to hardware design & control algorithm development.
