I am a hands on leader. That means that I will not ask anyone to do something that I am not willing to roll up my sleeves and do along side them. At the Cortiva Institute (formerly the Utah College of Massage Therapy) I was responsible for the day to day operation of the entire campus with its 45-55 employees. I spent much of my time working in the Admissions department training and developing a team of skilled professionals. This meant not only coaching and training, but also taking appointments and helping the team to achieve its enrollment goals. Additionally, I had to know every aspect of the campus from accounting to education and would work to develop each individual in their position.

I worked for White Knight credit from its first day to its last. I attempted to help a friend to start a business that ultimately failed because it was under funded.

I counseled with owners of Wyndham time share units and help them to maximize their benefit.

I worked with clients ling term to make sure that they received the correct education to help them reach their investing goals. I maintained my sales budgets to consistently be in the top 25% of the sales floor. I also helped manage and develop the online "chat" team as well as the online workshop sales team.

I began working at UCMT when there were only 16 other employees. Initially I was hired as the Assistant to the Director of Admissions which meant I made her calls and did her paperwork. Within 6 months I was promoted to Admissions rep and worked at the Salt Lake City Campus in that position for 6 years helping to grow it to its largest enrollment base in the history of the school. Eventually, I help start the national call center and helped the school to grow to 7 full campuses in 4 different states. I was then promoted to Regional Director of Admissions for Utah and Colorado.
