Responsible and accountable for planning, scheduling, and coordinating the delivery of products to the customer's specifications. Liases with the customer, all levels of management, Integrated Product Team, contracts, legal, manufacturing and extended supply chain and accounting. Provide proactively mitigate/solve problems, and represent the company professionally throughout the process. Demonstrates strong commitment to maintaining high levels of customer service while driving revenue growth.Responsibilities Include: - Ensure all necessary company requirements are met and communicates cross functionally with numerous departments in meeting goals and continuing on a path to program success - Manage purchase order administration which includes review for concurrence, price, lead time adherence, schedule negotiation, contract terms and when required entry of purchase orders- Manage day-to-day delivery schedules for customers- Work with Production Control Organization to meet program objectives- Responsible to maintain and track sales forecast, communicate to production and procurement on increases, short flow and or decreases in demand to insure production has information required to meet schedule requirements - Responsible for all internal as well as external customer metrics, understanding, analyzing and communicating changes in trends, proactively working to identify risks and opportunities to schedules and working with appropriate organizations on mitigation plans or long term process improvements- Work to advocate and or implement projects in support of customer initiatives (i.e. value engineering, program reviews)- Lead customer initiatives and take an active role in contract and working negotiations - Engage and support continuous improvements and lean initiatives
