As a photographer with 20 years experience in high-end commercial and editorial photography, I now oversee Warby Parker's in-house studio and manage all aspects of e-comm and still life campaign photography for the website as well as regular collection launches and collaborations. Since joining the team in 2019 I have:*Built the WP In-house studio from the ground up including ordering all equipment, hiring/managing on-staff retoucher and studio manager as well as a roster of freelance assistants, retouchers and stylists.*Worked with the Brand team to create a visual language for Warby Parker’s photography and created brand-specific guidelines for website imagery.*Partnered with Art Directors to create seasonal and special collaboration launch photography and aligned with Producers to plan shoots and fine-tune budgets and timelines. *Worked with cross-functional teams to execute on-brand creative solutions, continuously seeking opportunities to develop and evolve WP’s brand creative. *Managed and directed retouchers so that proper brand standards are met and that a large volume of work continues to follow through the proper channels.*Maintained and established new processes and cross-department collaboration to ensure workflow efficiency, creative flexibility, and a high volume of content output.
