In this leadership role, I manage the financial, compliance and operational elements of the Compete Caribbean Partnership Facility (CCPF), which is a USD$27.5M programme focused on accelerating private sector development in 13 territories across the Caribbean. I also assist in monitoring the progress of CCPF’s portfolio of 50+ projects, against the output and outcome metrics outlined in the results framework.- Manages the preparation of technical, financial and operational reports for CCPF’s donors and regional stakeholders.- Managed the update of CCPF’s monitoring and evaluation platform to ensure alignment with the facility’s results framework.- Participated in an agile project team to review, map and provide recommendations to streamline the Bank’s operational and administrative payment processes.- Developed a quarterly budgetary review process, which resulted in the reallocation of approximately US$700K to be used for CCPF’s activities.- Developed a dashboard by utilizing data analytics, which ensures that CCPF’s contracts and projects are managed within bank timeline regulations. - Standardized the financial reporting processes of CCPF to ensure consistent monitoring of financing and budgetary elements.
